Logout time

I have noticed that I always have this issue on sites where I am using the Membership Plugin. I just got an email from another client that is having this issue. I have tried the various suggestions, but none of them are working. The login periods vary in length - sometimes it kicks out after just a minute or two, other times it stays connected for much longer.
