We've just released CMS Builder v2.09!
The major new feature is relative upload paths to make server moves easier. Existing upload paths will automatically be made relative where possible. Also added is the ability to copy the structure of an existing section (without the data) when adding a new section.
There are lots of other minor changes including a dynamic list of all plugin hooks for developers.
For a full list of changes, please visit the CMS Builder changelog:

CMS Builder users can upgrade by donation at this page:

Please feel free to post your feedback and questions! We're always eager to get your feature requests and bug reports, every single release is full of user requested fixes and features. Post in the forum or email Dave at dave@interactivetools.com.
Thanks!
