Preview button not working in v2.08

Hello,
The "preview" button from within the admin panel isn't quite working properly. From within the cmsb admin panel and on the models records page (listings) the listings page previews properly when the preview button is clicked, but from within the record details the preview button does not display a preview page properly. When you click on it it generates the same expanded URL regardless of what record you are on:
http://www.websitenamewithheld.com/modeldetails.php?preview-9999999999

with an accompanying browser error message:
"Notice: Undefined variable: SETTINGS in /pmadmin/lib/admin_functions.php on line 4 Fatal error: Call to undefined function getCurrentUserAndLogin() in /pmadmin/lib/viewer_functions.php on line 162 "
