Try re-uploading all the WYSIWYG editor files again.
/3rdParty/tiny_mce/
Then try logging in with another browser.
Hopefully the solves it. If not, can you let me know what CMS Builder version you have installed and what browser you are using?
Thanks!

When pasting from Word, if you don't want all of Word's formatting you can use the "Paste As Plain Text" Button.
Do you experience the problem in browsers other than IE9? We have upgraded the version of TinyMCE we use since Version 2.05. So to get the latest version, you can upgrade to CMS Builder version 2.09 (http://www.interactivetools.com/upgrade/).
Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

My client wasn't able to use the "Paste As Plain Text" button either, but I'll try upgrading CMS Builder later this week and let you know if that fixes the problem.

Would it be possible to update ONLY tinyMCE on CMSB2.02?
e.g. replace /3rdParty/tiny_mce/ in 2.02 to /3rdParty/tiny_mce/ comes in 2.09
If it's possible, will you tell me what else need to be done besides replacing the directory?
Thank you!

No, since the wysiwyg editor is so integrated into CMS Builder, just upgrading the tiny_mce folder could cause other problems.
The best option would be to upgrade your entire CMS Builder installation.
Hope this helps
