Show more results on a page

I am not sure why, but my pages are not showing all the results on the page.
I want 45 items on a page, it is very weird, but on some pages it is showing only 2 rows and on some pages a drop less than 2 rows, eventhough the page is identical.
http://www.axislighting.com/CMS/brandsList_brochure.php (This page shows 2 rows, but I want it to show about 5 rows)
http://www.axislighting.com/CMS/brandsList_spec.php (This page shows less than 2 rows)
I am trying to figure out why this is happening. The code should be exactly the same.
I am attaching both pages. (I am having this issue on more pages, but I guess I can figure it out based on these)
I have php code both on the bottom and top of the pages.

Very odd, I don't see anything wrong. What happens if you remove the perPage entirely?

Found the issue myself.
My header said limit 12. When I changed it to 42 it worked.
Seems that it was overriding the individual page.
