CMS Builder 2.10 (Faster Server Moves)

We've just released CMS Builder v2.10!

In this update we've made server moves faster and easier. You can now trigger the install screen by erasing a file (/data/isInstalled.php). Also you can restore from backup directly at the install screen.

There are lots of other minor changes including new getCategories functionality and new plugin hooks and functions.
