I just upgraded to 2.10 and when trying to access the CMSB admin.php page I received the 500 error. I was able to fix this by renaming the new .htaccess file and copying the old .htaccess file from 2.09.
It appears that the only difference between the new and old file are these lines.
# Enable error checking
php_flag display_errors On
php_flag display_startup_errors On
php_flag log_errors On
php_value error_log "_php_error.log"
I'm thinking this is an issue with my hosting provider. The question is, will not having these line in here cause any problems down the road. I don't think so, but would like to be sure.
Thanks

Hi pcolvin,
No, you can safely remove those, and we'll add some extra code in there for the next release so it doesn't cause the same problem again.
Thanks!

Great. I'll comment them out for now. I will check with my hosting provider. I have upgraded other sites with no problem.
