upgraded to v2.11 problem!! urgent help required

Hi I have just upgraded to v2.11 and I am geting this message. Its very urgent to get this fixed can you help please.

Figured it out it was the fault of the website membership plugin which i also installed. I have deactivated it and it is working again. I don't think I will be using this module afterall. I bought it yesterday. Is there any chance of getting a refund on this module. I will have to look in to other ways of doing what i want.
