is there a way to setup a option for the inline iframe not only the height but also the width?
this can be handy when wanting to preview a mobile site.

Not currently. You can set the height but not the width. I will add that to the feature request.
Displaying a preview mobile version is a cool idea. You can still do by creating a the mobile version iframe as a separate page outside of CMS Builder using code like this:
Then adding the page as an iframe within CMS Builder.
Try it out!

That's a neat solution. You could even take it a step further by simulation the look of the phone in the first iframe. Something like this: http://www.testiphone.com/ or http://iphonetester.com/

keep going Dave,
U are caching the drift of good idea's hahahahaha.
we where thinking the same we now maken the template for a standard browser mobile and ipad.
could also be a nice plugin.
