Have two issues:
1. When searching in Google/Yahoo, both engines have picked up a link in this format: (as an example search for Certainty brands foam soaps)
http://www.google.ca/url?q=http://www.certaintybrands.com/index.php%3Foption%3Dcom_content%26view%3Darticle%26id%3D54%26Itemid%3D88&sa=U&ei=mNl5TrWjNaTs0gGE89G3Ag&ved=0CBYQFjAC&usg=AFQjCNGXSPiBN7pZ83QBekUM7_pucI5zsg
This results in getting to the site however you get this error message on the actual page instead of the actual content: Notice: Undefined index: name in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 59
Notice: Undefined index: content in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 60 Notice: Undefined index: photos in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 63 Notice: Undefined index: attachments in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 80
How can you avoid this?
2. The preview functionality doesn't work from the CMS Builder admin panel.
When trying to use it, it looks for http://certaintybrands.com/index.php?preview-9999999999
This gives the same type of error as above. Notice: Undefined index: name in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 59
Notice: Undefined index: content in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 60 Notice: Undefined index: photos in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 63 Notice: Undefined index: attachments in /services/webpages/c/e/certaintybrands.com/public/index.php on line 80
How can you avoid this and get a proper preview?

You're right, currently the preview function doesn't work with Instant Website. We're looking into this problem and hope to have a fix out in a future release.
As for issue 1, it looks like there are other variables ending up in the URL that aren't used in Instant website, such as view and itemId. Is this a brand new website, or did Instant Website replace an old version of the site? If so, do these variables look like something that might have been used in the old version?
Let us know.
Thanks

The site is brand new so there should not be any "old" variables interfering. Any other ideas? Do you want admin panel access to have a look?

These url variables are not variables that we use anywhere. We did a search for that query string and it looks like it might be coming from a site map or a site map service:
http://www.google.ca/search?q=option%3Dcom_content%26view%3Darticle%26id%3D54%26Itemid%3D88
There seems to be a lot of sites that use that exact same query string. Have you submitted your site to be indexed anywhere?
