Code from PSD to HTML then Integrate?

Hey guys!
Do you guys do custom work from the ground up? I have a friend who is a good designer but it looking to have someone code and integrate his designs into a good CMS and I thought of you guys immediately. So would you quote from PSD to HTML to CMS Builder?

Hi Lenny,
Yes, we do custom PHP coding and can setup CMS Builder to work with any HTML/CSS templates but....
..we don't do any PSD to HTML conversion. For that I would suggest using a company that specializes in just PSD to HTML templates.
After we have the HTML templates, we can set them up to publish content as needed with CMS Builder.
