Problem uploading image

I've found an intermittent problem when uploading jpg images to an upload field that creates thumbnails.

The upload progress indicator reaches 100% but then stays on the screen and the upload record isn't saved.

This only happens for certain files but the files can be opened in Photoshop and Internet Explorer so not sure what's happening.

I've attached a file to see if you could test it out at your end please?

It only seems to happen for upload fields that auto generate thumbnails, or resize the image.

Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul

My first thought here is that the problem will be related to the size of this image. It's clocking in at 1.13 megs which ends up being quite high.

Could you check the size of some more images you are having trouble with? If they are all the similar size that defintiely narrows things down. Is there any way to get copies of your images that have a smaller file size to start with?

Thanks!

Hi Paul

Interesting. I'll need to take a closer look. Could you send me through a second level support request? Here's a link:
