I'm not sure what you mean by "integrated". If you mean being able to import/export information between the two, you may be able to do this with the CSV import and export plugins. It depends on how QuickBooks is expecting to receive information:

It does has a monthly or transactional usage fee associated with it.

The first step would be to find some API documentation about how the integration should work. But basically it should be the same as integrating with anything else, each program has some specific method it uses to exchange data and we just need to figure out what that is and code something up that speaks that language.
