The CMS Builder upgrade instructions generally suggest replacing all cmsAdmin/*.* However, is it not the case that accesslist.ini.php, accounts.ini.php and uploada.ini.php should not be replaced?

Hi ispro,
We recommend doing a backup first, but you can safely overwrite all the files.
accesslist and uploads are never changed by the CMS, and for accounts the file comes as accounts.ini.php.default and is only used if you don't already have an accounts file. That way any changes you may have made to the User Accounts section won't get overwritten.
Hope that helps!
