Can't type or copy/pate into text box

A client is having problems typing into a text box in their cms. Also, when they copy and paste they can't highlight the text to edit it. They're using a PC and Internet Explorer. It doesn't happen when I try to emulate the same problem, but it's been going on for a while for the client.

This is CMSB v2.01.

Any suggestions, please?

Hi Nigel,

So they can't type into that text box at all? Does it happen if they use another browser like firefox or Chrome? Do they experience the problem when using different computers? Do you have any information about the version of IE they're using?

Are they experiencing any other issues with the CMS?

The first step is going to be reproduce the problem. So if they could try using different browsers, or versions of IE, we can see if we can narrow down this issue.
