Hi
I have a couple questions to ask
1. How do i list multiple items by number order? for instance I have a drop down for the user to select which order they want the listing to be listed. 1-10. Then it lists out on the listings in that order.
2. How do I select listings by yes/no. In listings manager i could do it by a query string and list whether yes or no and only the products with yes would be displayed.
thanks

Re: [steveo] Displaying stuff
Hi Steveo,
Assuming that users are accessing their records through the CMSB Interface...
1) In a multi-record editor records can simply be dragged up or down in the records list to change the order that they appear on a viewer (web page).
If you want to, you can limit the number of records that can be created when you set up the editor or the number of that can be shown when you set up the viewer. You can also easily restrict the records shown (or accessed) to only those created by the author of those records.
2) You can include a Hidden" check box in the record that users can check the box if they don't want it to be displayed. The status of this field can be displayed in the record list and the list can temporarily be sorted by that field so that there's a quick visual reference for which items are hidden and which can be shown.
You might find the tutorials and recipes in my CMSB Cookbook helpful in these kinds of situations. http://www.thecmsbcookbook.com
Hope that answers some of your concerns,
