Menu Group error message

I am using 2.06 CMSB and as the clients section editors have increased in number, I thought I would try out the collapsible menu group feature.
When I try to add a Menu Group, I get this message:
"Couldn't load preset schema"
I made sure that the expanded menu options is unchecked in the general preferences. Is there something I'm not doing?
Thanks, J

Hi there.
Thanks for posting!
What I'll get you to do first is check that the /data/schemaPresets folder has the proper permissions. On unix/linux, you are looking for "777". On windows, you are looking for "read/write/modify" or just "full".
If that checks out, the next thing to do is make sure at least all the default presets are there that came with the installation. If you need to, download another copy off our server.
Finally, if those two things check out, send me a full support request:

And we'll take a closer look for you. Thanks!
