Re: [gkornbluth] Error when creating a new editor

Hi Jerry,

It's a mis-configured web host. Try installing the test script from this thread and emailing their support:

Let me know what they say, I might give them a call myself if you don't have any luck as we're getting multiple complaints about this issue. We probably just need to get it in front of the right person so it can be fixed.

Re: [Dave] Error when creating a new editor

Hi Dave,

Thanks for responding and for the offer to intervene. I don't know why I didn't find the thread myself.

I gave them the test script and they sent back a PHP info report.

I sent them an augmented version of your bug test script.

FYI: IPower was not my choice, it was given to me along with a half finished site.

We'll see where this goes

Again, thanks.

Hi Jerry,

Thanks! I've sent in a direct request myself and we're looking at possible work-arounds. It certainly makes it more challenging when they're not following HTTP standards.

Let us know if you make any progress.

Re: [Dave] Error when creating a new editor

Very cool, Dave.

Dealing with you folks is infinitely easier than dealing with Tech Support gate keepers in the Philippines.

Thank you,

Jerry
