I am looking for suggestions on how to setup a create>review>publish process using CMS builder
A standard users would be able to create new records, but they wouldn't be published to the site until they have been approved.
An admin user would be informed that a new record has been created and would then login, review the record, and choose to publish to the site.
any thoughts are appreciated.

Hi,
Sure. There are a few ways you could approach this. The easiest would be to have an "approved" checkbox. This can be set as an admin only field so regular users won't see it.
After a user creates a record, you could have a custom plugin send off an email. An admin can then go in and check the "approved" box. Finally, on your list and details pages, only return records where approved = 1
Hope this helps get you started.
