CMS Builder 2.14 not finding its style sheet???

When I log in to CMSB 2.14 admistrator it is not finding its own display style sheet. See attached jpg file. Ideas??

Update: the stylesheet issue isn't occurring anymore.
Possibly it was a temporary server issue?
