Problem Uploading Image

After clicking on "Upload File(s)" button, I see the progress bar.
When it's complete, it displays "There are no files uploaded for this record."
It happens with Flash or w/o Flash Uploader.
I am using CMSB 2.09
Please advise.

First thing to check is the the upload directory and upload url are set correctly in the General Settings. Below is an example of how to set the uploads directory to "www.yoursite.com/images/"
Uploads Directory : ../uploads/
Uploads Url : /uploads/If these two are not set correctly then the file will be uploaded but you won't be able to 'see' it.

Thank you for your reply.
I think uploads directly is properly set, and it's empty.
The custom upload directly is not set.
