Hi,
I've made a local backup of a client site built with CMS Builder and set it up in the htdocs folder of MAMP on my Mac and I've downloaded the database and installed it through phpMyAdmin in MAMP. I've kept the DB name the same as the live version and changed the mysql username and password to root in the settings.dat.php file. So in theory everything is set. But when I load the index.php page through localhost it is blank. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Help appreciated.
Thanks,
Derek

Hi Derek,
Are you able to log into CMS Builder on your Mac?
Your best bet will be to install CMS Builder on your local machine, this will ensure all the file paths are correct. You can do this by deleting the isInstalled.php file in cmsAdmin/data. After that, you go to CMS Builder on your local machine and go through the installation processes.
Give this a try and let me know if you are still experiencing any problems.
