I have a client who has been happily using CMS Builder V1.22 for some time. The admins in the office use XP to make their updates.
Of course, the "boss" gets Windows 7 put on her home laptop and claims she has trouble making editing text, uploading documents and so forth. It is notable because everything worked smoothly for everyone under XP. I check the permissions levels of the different users.
I also am assuming she is using IE 8.
I have Win7/Home/32bit on a virtual machine and my testing shows no problems.
Have you had other CMSB users experience difficulty? Is there a setting that has been the culprit?
There version is old, yes, but I don't think that should make a difference.
Thanks in advance, Julia

Hi Julia,
We have a number of Win7 machines in the office so I don't think that is the problem. I'd check the browser version (ask if it happens in Chrome), pre-installed anti-virus apps that filter cookies and internet content, firewalls, things like that. And ask the client if they have noticed problems with any other websites.
Failing that, try and get a clear description of the steps to reproduce the issues and what they specifically are and then we can investigate more.
Hope that helps, let me know what happens.
