Content Section of Editor POPUP Boxes not Working HELP !!

I am trying to use the editor - I can type in all the text I want with no problems
The problem is when I click on Images,Media or HTML to edit the source only a blank box shows up.
Nothing happens in Internet Explorer No Box or anything when clicking on Images, Media or HTML
When using Opera a blank box comes up and then MYComputer folder pops up wanting a filename so it can save something
When using FireFox a blank box shows up and then it loads Opera with a blank webpage ..
It works on my IPHONE :)
I really need anyone that has ran into this problem to help me .. I can't loads photos or edit any source code with the program at all ..

Hi David,
Did you recently upgrade?
It sounds like all the javascript files may not be there.
Can you send in a support request so I can take a closer look and get things working correctly?

Hi again,
Just an update that the issue was .htm files, which are used in both the Upload field and in the WYSIWYG editor, where not displaying on the server.
Viewing a .htm file in a browser would cause a popup dialog box to appear to open or save the file.
The host will be able to enable .htm files to be viewable.
