New Docs: How to Restore Hacked Sites

Hello All,

We've had a number of requests and forum posts over the last few months about hacked sites, so I've created a "How To" doc page with tips and info:

It runs stand-alone and doesn't need CMSB or anything else. If you host or have multiple sites on your development server, this is an absolute must have.
