Hi Greg,
Under Admin > General Settings, scroll down to the Advanced Settings.
Here you can check the WYSIWYG Options checkbox to "Save full URL for local links and images (for viewers on other domains)".
Save and see if that stops converting links.
If not, let me know the version of CMS Builder and the exact steps to recreate the issue.
