I uploaded all of the files of the CMS and adjusted the permissions, but I keep getting any error when I bring up the admin page.
loadini: parse_ini_file() has been disabled for security reasons

Hi,
We've seen this issue a few time. What's happened is your host has disabled the parse_ini_file() function, which is a common PHP function, and is used by CMS Builder to parse schema files. You'll need to contact your host and ask them to enable this function before CMS Builder will be able to be used.
