I got the form with the email notification working but I never get an email. Do you know any reasons why the email doesn't go through? Could it be something with my server?

This issue could be caused by a number of things. If I could get you to send in an email to support@interactivetools.com with some information about your setup as well as the email address you were trying to send the message to, we can look into this problem for you.
