+100 on this feature!

I think it would be great to have the ability to assign fields to a left or right columns.

For example the left column could be the primary content for the record, such as the page Title, the WYSIWYG Content and Uploads.

And the right column could be used for additional fields that do not require as much width, such as check boxes, date fields, etc.

See the attached image.

Recasting my vote for an image crop feature with the option to require constrained proportions/ratios for a specific upload. I could use this on most CMSB sites I build.

We keep wishing for a good way to split a long checkbox list into multiple columns. It would be nice to control the number of columns to use. $0.02

Hi Deborah,

Until photo cropping etc., becomes part of the core of CMSB, I've been putting a link to the free, full featured, Photoshop like photo editor PIXLR http://pixlr.com/editor/ into the CMSB user interface menu using the free modify home page plugin. http://www.interactivetools.com/add-ons/detail.php?Modify-Homepage-1028

There's a recipe on using the plugin in my CMSB Cookbook http://www.thecmsbcookbook.com

There's also a free PIXLER Express http://pixlr.com/express/ if you want less features available.

Hope that helps,

Jerry Kornluth

Would be real nice to see a plugin made or integration with Datatables with jeditable so direct editing of data wouldn't always require users to access the backend or having to make a custom page to better extend this CMS functionality.

Haven't seen a whole lot in new development or plugins over the past few years by you guys, hopefully CMSB will continue to evolve so we don't have to switch to other emeging cms systems??

I don't see a comprehensive product road map anywhere and the list of upcoming features is rather dated. What should we be expecting?
