Yep we are getting this law in the Netherlands 2 and it wil be in all of Europe.

Hi,
I think that session cookies are actually exempt from the law as these are considered "essential" and covered by implied consent. So in terms of modifying cmsBulder I don't think there is anything that has to be done. As far as I know cmsBuilder only uses one session cookie "out of the box"...?
If you want to use Google Analytics then you will have to ensure the user is informed about the fact you use "non-essential cookies" and you should also get their consent before using these.
