Mapping of vacant land

I have used the Geo coder to locate exact addresses with a street address and a zip code. However, I have a new web project for a customer who will be listing vacant areas of land and/or farmland that is suitable for crops. In this case, I won't have a firm address. Probably the closest I will be able to get is adjacent roads and/or section numbers.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I could place a tract of land on a map?
Thanks!

You can use things like "corner of Bob Street and Jones Road" to get a lat/long, or if you are wanting to show a market on a map, you can manually locate the point and get the lat/long by using something like http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html then enter that into CMSB directly.

Thank you very much. This will work perfectly. Also, while I was thinking about this, and maybe I could put two markers on the map, one on the southwest corner of the property, and another on the northeast corner, and that would provide a fairly accurate depiction of the size of the property as well.

If you really wanted to, you. Oils use poly lines to mark out the area.
