MultiSearch results page

Hi, I desperately need some help with a search function on the whole website, I have used the multiSearch.php code but cannot get it to work. Here is the page the search area is on but when you click search nothing appears on the results page. Also do I need to include every table on the site that I want it to search through? Please help it is driving me mad.
