Ok so the modify and erase works... but the view doesn't. Where am I to configure what is supposed to happen when I click the view link?
Is this supposed to function differently then the preview? My preview works fine.
Thanks

Hi mbodamer,
When you set up a new multi record section and then click on "modify" to modify that section, there are a number of check boxes under the "advanced" tab.
These check boxes determine what can be done on that section.
For example, let's say you have a set of records that have information that's automatically generated by your code, and your site won't work if that information is inadvertently changed by a user.
If you un check the "Don't allow viewing of records through "view" menu" and check the "Don't allow modifying records", the "Don't allow adding records", and the "Don't allow removing records" boxes, only the "view" option will be available on the record list, users will be able to see the contents of those records but won't be able to change the information or add or delete any of the records.
You can pick the options that work best for your application.
Hope that clears things up.
Best,
