Hi IT team,

I recently updated to 2.15 CMSBuilder and I got an upload dirs issue.

My General Settings:

My History section custom upload dirs:

And this, my result:

As u can see, I got a good result like left directorie tree, but CMSB created a empty history folder (right tree) in CMS dir.

Is this a CMSB issue? I'm doing something wrong?

Plz help me! Thank you.

Hi,

I think what's happening here is a problem with how things are set up in General Settings.

Both Upload Directory and Upload Folder path are relative to the root of your site.

Try changing Upload Directory to C:/wamp/www/uploads/images/

Give that a try and let me know if you run into any problems.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your help but still not working.

I do not understand may be happening, so I thought it might be a bug in CMSB.

Any other help please?

Thank you.

Re: [Jason] Problem with CMS Builder 2.15 and uploads dirs

Thank you Jason,

I'll finish setting up and completing the CMS content. When finished I will send a ticket to test uploads configuration.

Regards.

I have given full access to my CMSB hoping that you can solve the problem.

Thank you, best regards.

Hi David,

The issue here was that the folders that you were pointing to were not created. The history section was working fine. Once I created a "news" folder, uploads were working correctly.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Jason for take a look of my project.

I thought the folders were automatically created by CMSB.
In fact if you look the folders are automatically created in the CMS directory: webroot/cms/section

instead: webroot/uploads/images/section

If I create manually a directory in webroot/uploads/images/section, its works but CMSB still creating the same directory on webroot/cms/section

Can anyone explain me this 'double dir creation'?

Thanks you again!
