Newsletter Builder v2.01 Released (Official Release)

Hello All,

We've been putting Newsletter Builder 2.00 Beta through it's paces for the last week and are now taking it out of beta as v2.01.

Only a few minor changes for 2.01, they are as follows:
- Optimization: Opens and Clicks are only calculated for messages that have been mailed
- Code Generator: Archive page now sorts archives and messages by date (instead of database order)
