hi, i just upgraded to 2.17 and have some issues. how can i get this resolved, at the earliest?

lightbox editors do not show up in browsers. view html source, paste as text or word doc, etc.

see attached screenshot.

Hi,

From the screenshot, it looks like all the files were not uploaded.

Can you re-upload all the CMS Builder 2.17 files and see if that solves it?

Also, clear your browser cache.

Hi Damon,

I gave it another shot. It works on chrome, but not on safari. I am on a mac.

Hi,

Ross tested CMS Builder 2.17 on our internal servers using Safari on his Mac and it worked correctly.
