403 Forbidden Error when I try save content

Hi Guys, I think this started about a week or two ago. When I try add or edit content via the CMSAdmin area and click save - nothing happens.
If I look at the console through firebug it says:
POST http://www.smesa.co.za/cmsAdmin/admin.php?
403 Forbidden
jquery1.4.1.js (line 127)
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cmsAdmin/admin.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I'm not sure why this is happening all of a sudden? It was fine up until recently then this issue started. I've tried upgrading the jQuery version but it doesn't help.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Have you made any changes to CMS Builder recently, for example upgrading or installing a plugin?
Could you fill out a second level support request:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
Then I can have a closer look at what might be causing the problem.
