'where' syntax problem in opened emails test

Thanks for the response.

As of this morning I tried that and everything else that I can think of, but can't even get file to play. So, unless someone comes up with an approach that's worked for them, I'm going to have to table this idea.

I know that I'll never be able to get an "opened" confirmation on every email sent, but I was hoping to a least be able to close one more loophole.
