Hi,
Is it possible to have the flash uploader turn on/off based on a user account's profile (instead of only turning it off on the global settings page)?

This isn't something we have integrated into the current release of CMS Builder. You could create your own plugin that could implement this feature or if you send an e-mail to consulting@interactivetools.com we can give you an estimate for integrating it.
