Adding social media share buttons to multi-listing pages/blog

I'm using your multi-listing format for a client's blog, and I'm looking to add social media share buttons to each blog entry. Is there any easy way to automate this process? My client would like to connect the blog entries to share with linkedin, facebook and twitter.

With one snippet of code, you can add the social buttons you need to the blog detail page template and have it just automatically work.
