WYSIWG Image Uploads

Hi all

have uploaded an image in wysiwg and the image is 710px wide i have removed all resize settings on the content in section editor but the image keeps resizing to 600px wide why is this so i cant find out why.

Hi Craig, 

When editing your WYSIWYG field, do you have the "resize images larger than" tick box selected in the upload settings area? As this will cause any images to be resized automatically to the dimensions entered in the width and height boxes. The default width is 600px, so this seems the most likely problem.

I have changed it to larger than 600px but stil keeps resizing back to 600 all the time

Hi Craig, 

Have you tried deleting and re-uploading the image? Currently CMS Builder only resizes the thumbnail images when you change there dimensions, and not the main image. 

If that doesn't work, could you fill out a second level support request? You can find the form here:

Then I can take a closer look at what is causing the problem.
