Preview error with 2.51 build 4?

I've done some local testing, but couldn't recreate the problem. Please could you complete a second level support request for me? You can find the form here:

This is fixed in 2.52: 

CODE CHANGES & BUG FIXES
- CMS Preview: Fixed error "You don't have permissions to access this menu."

Thanks Dave. I thought i was using the latest install, but this site was using 2.51.
