After recovery of three sites from a virus/hack base64 code insertion, I can't access the cms, and I get this message:
Configuration Error - Please make sure the following files and directories have been uploaded:
- /home/content/d/w/a/dwarther/html/ivorybuyer/cms/uploads/
- /home/content/d/w/a/dwarther/html/ivorybuyer/cms/uploads/thumb/
- /home/content/d/w/a/dwarther/html/ivorybuyer/cms/uploads/thumb2/
- /home/content/d/w/a/dwarther/html/ivorybuyer/cms/uploads/thumb3/
- /home/content/d/w/a/dwarther/html/ivorybuyer/cms/uploads/thumb4/
The directories are there, permissions are set, and the images are even showing up fine in the site. Any Ideas?

Hi,
What permissions do you have set on the directories and files? They need permissions of 666 on the image files, and 777 on the directories within uploads.
Secondly, do you have text files in the thumb directories called createThisDir.txt? As CMS Builder checks these exist to ensure the directories have been created correctly.
Thanks!

Thanks, Greg
Wasn't sure, but createThisDir.txt does still exist in the uploads files. Permissions seem OK also.

Hi celuch,
What is displayed in the CMS for: Admin > General Settings > Program Directory?
My first guess is the path is different, but let me know and we'll help you figure it out.
Thanks,
