CMS Builder not working correctly

Hi I am new to this forum and would greatly appreciate any help. I help out with a website built using CMS Builder running an instant website template http://www.ffhsservices.com, The site worked perfectly till about a month ago. The problem is that the preview button is not working as it used to and instead of displaying a preview of the page to be published it displays this URL.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Are you running version 2.51 of CMS Builder? Could you fill in a second level support request for me:
