Any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I'm not sure what could be causing this issue, please could you fill out a second level support request for me? You can find the form here:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
Then I can take a closer look at what could be causing the issue.
Could you add in the summary of problem box if this suddenly started happening, or it's a fresh install of CMS builder, or if you've carried out any upgrades to the site recently.
Thanks!

Hi Greg thanks for your reply. I've already submited a second level support request! It seems to be happening with all the other websites we've created using CMS Builder too. I've got in touch with our hosting provider and they have said that we need to take a look at the code and then got talking to someone else who said that I should turn open_basedir off in the apache config (Not secure, but will work). Not really sure how to do that but if you could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it! Many thanks, Kristina.
