Hi
I have bought and installed the Permalinks plugin and it is working perfectly - except I have a folder on my site the has restricted access by password using an .htaccess file. Since installing Permalinks when I try to access this folder I am being redirected to the error 404 page. If I remove the .htaccess file from the folder I can access no problem? Any hints or tips to fixing the problem would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in reply.
I've had a look at the bug and was able to replicate it but unable to find a work around. The issue has been passed on to a senior programmer and he is looking into it.
I'll upgrade to you to the latest version of the permalink plugin once the issue has been resolved.
Thanks!
Greg

Hi Bob,
We're making progress on this issue.
Would it be possible to fill out a second level support request for us? You can find the form here:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
This will allow us to see how you have things set up in your password protected directory.
Thanks!
Greg
