Newsletter - Additional Subscriber Information

I have a client who want to add additional subscriber information to the Newsletter such as Firstname, surname, prefix, organization. My client also wants to use the prefix, firstname and surname in the content of the newsletter. For example, Dear #firstname# would the contents of the variable.

Hi Ragi,
This isn't something that is currently built into the newsletter plugin, but it is easy to implement. This post describes how you can add your own placeholders from the subscribers section:

You can add additional fields to the to the subscribers section, and the field names will be the placeholders.
