How to change CreatedbyUserNum

Hello,
When I go into the edit listing page in cmsAdmin, I can only "change" the created by user to be myself. I used to be able to see a list of all the user accounts in the drop down menu but now there is only one, which is my email account.
I'd be really grateful if someone could help explain why all the other accounts are not displaying.

I've realised that this was a user permissions issue. I've now defined user acces by section and it's working.
