updated ShowHide Plugin Question

Hi,
In the above post if I understood correctly, Tom achieved some modification on the Show/Hide Dependant Fields v0.03 (by Chris) to make the plugin work with more than one call per table.
Is this modified plugin exist in the forum archive?
If not, can anybody help me to make it again?

The Show/Hide Dependant Fields v0.03 in our download section is out of date. http://www.interactivetools.com/add-ons/detail-changelog.php?Show-Hide-Dependant-Fields-1035
Sorry about that, we will upload the updated version ASAP.
For your convenience, I will attached the latest version which will enables you to add multiple list fields for calling hidden fields in one table.
