RSS Feed not viewing in all browsers

HI there,

My RSS feed is here:  http://enlightenthesoul.com/ets_rss.php

This views correctly in Firefox however does not in the others:

Internet Explorer I get "IE cannot display this feed"

In Chrome I get:
